Split A Stock Token Into The Stock And Its Dividends.
Robinhood stock tokens on Robinhood Chain, split into a principal token and a yield token. Trade either half. Borrow against the first. Merge back any time.
Buy the share under par today. Redeem it for the whole stock at maturity.
The discount is your rate. Four series open at launch, each one stock token to Dec 31, 2027. Stock prices are live reads from Uniswap on Robinhood Chain; the drip, meaning the dividends left until maturity, is an estimate.
Read live from the pools. The rate is the discount on the principal token, annualised to maturity.
The share and its drip, sold separately.
A Jevstocks series turns a stock token into two ERC-20 tokens. Hold one of each and you hold the stock again. Hold just one and you have picked a side.
The share, at a discount.
pTOKEN is the stock with its future dividends sliced off. It trades under the share price today and redeems for the baseline share at maturity, so the gap between the two is a fixed return you can see up front.
Just the drip.
yTOKEN catches every dividend the issuer reinvests into the token until maturity. It costs a sliver of the share, moves when payouts change, and cannot be liquidated because nothing is borrowed.
A stock token pays its dividends by growing your balance. Jevstocks splits that growth off into its own token.
Split it, pick a side, then cash out or put it back together.
One share in, two tokens out
Send a stock token to its series vault. For each one you get a pTOKEN, the share delivered at maturity, and a yTOKEN, every dividend until then, minus a 10 bps fee charged once, on the way in.
Keep one half, sell the other
Sell the dividends and keep the share at a discount. Or buy just the dividends. Or buy the principal under par and lock in a fixed rate. Both legs trade against the stock on Uniswap v3.
Back to the stock, any time
Hold both halves and merge them back into the stock token whenever you want. No fee, no lockup, no maturity to wait for. pTOKEN can back a Morpho loan once a market opens.
Two fees. Both go back into the pools.
A split pays 10 bps. A yTOKEN redemption pays 5% of the dividends it collected. Treasury policy is to put that income back into the series pools instead of parking it.
An old desk trade, now in a wallet.
Separating an asset from the income it pays is a well worn move in finance. For decades it needed a dealer desk or a futures account. Jevstocks puts it one transaction away.
PRIMES and SCORES
Trusts split blue chip shares such as AT&T into PRIMES, which kept the dividends and some of the price gain, and SCORES, which kept the upside above a set level.
Treasury STRIPS
The Treasury began letting a bond's principal and each of its coupons trade as separate securities. The program still runs today.
Dividend futures
Exchanges list futures that pay only the dividends of an index or a single stock. The market is large, and it is built for institutions.
Jevstocks
The same cut for stock tokens. One transaction to split, any wallet to hold either side, and a free merge whenever you want the stock back.
$JEVSTOCK
It launches on ponsfamily.com after the contracts go live. Until an address appears below, there is no official $JEVSTOCK.
Launches on ponsfamily.com
$JEVSTOCK goes live on the ponsfamily.com launchpad once the protocol ships. Follow @TryJevstocks on X for the date.
Fees buy it back
Once $JEVSTOCK is live, treasury policy routes protocol fees to market-buy $JEVSTOCK and burn it. It is a policy the treasury follows, not a rule the contracts enforce, and every burn is visible on chain.
One address, posted here
The real contract shows up in the bar above and in a post from @TryJevstocks. A token using the name before then, or at any other address, is not Jevstocks.
We give a FAQ.
No audit firm has reviewed these contracts. Size positions with that in mind, and read the risks in the docs first.
One pTOKEN plus one yTOKEN turns back into a stock token in every state, even while new splits are paused.
The owner can pause new splits and set deposit caps. No admin function can take the stock a vault holds.
Your tokens sit in your wallet the whole time. Split, trade, merge. Nothing is pooled with anyone else's.
Stock prices are read from Uniswap v3 pools on Robinhood Chain. The dividend index comes from the issuer's uiMultiplier, read on chain by each accountant, never from a pool.
